I know all of these relationship posts may seem cliche or even annoying for someone like me to post. But I am the type of person who learns through my experiences and then wants to share what I learned. Having been in a couple relationships I learned a lot about relationships in general, from either experiences, or advice from my mentors or my parents, or even things that I have discovered for myself.

Even though I am single I am still learning about relationships and things that I wish I’d known when I was in a relationship. It’s all valuable information to keep in mind even in your non romantic relationships, like with your family or friends or coworkers. So I hope you read these with an open heart and an open mind and see my heart. Take notes and pay attention because this is all stuff you certainly don’t want to learn the hard way.

If you have any advice about relationships that you’d like to share or any relationship related topics you want me to talk about, please feel free to share them with me!

I highly recommend these books for everyone to read no matter your relationship status;

  • Five Love Languages
  • Boundaries in Dating
  • Priceless
  • Love and Respect

These are all very useful resources I used while creating this series, along with of course, the Bible and my mentors.

Another couple of books I highly recommend are;

  • Get Married, Stay Married
  • Communication, Sex, and Money
  • Love and War
  • The Art of Understanding Your Mate.
  • Boundaries in Marriage

All are incredibly good marriage books that have been recommended to me by my mentors and those I highly respect. They testify that those books have dramatically improved their marriages. So although I haven’t read them yet, I will be reading them and I will pass that recommendation on to you.

I hope you enjoyed following along and learning about building lasting relationships. Thank you for your support!
